A collaborative, Spirit-led coaching experience that builds clarity, community, and a shared pursuit of Kingdom impact.
1. Duration
10 group coaching sessions over 20 weeks
- Sessions every two weeks
- 90 minutes each
- Online via secure video platform
- In person option available (case by case)
- Includes group reflection, breakout discussions, Scripture-based exercises, and optional between-session prompts

A transformational group experience designed to help Christian emerging leaders grow in identity, purpose, and leadership—while building meaningful community.

- Strengthen relational awareness—especially valuable for those newly married or navigating major transitions
Legacy Compass Creation
Each participant will build and walk away with their own personalized Legacy Compass, including:
- Vision
- Purpose
- Values
- Roles
- Long-, mid-, and short-range goals
This becomes their lifelong guide for leadership, decision-making, and Kingdom impact.

$1500 per group for the full 10‑session program (max 10 participants)
